Nice store and service setup. I had a small charging issue with my iphone charging. John fixed in a few seconds and charged nothing. (The review is not to encourage seeking/expecting free service.)
I I went in there because I had a problem with my phone that I was not knowledgeable to correct. A young lad in there I took the time to resolve the problem that I had, and restored my phone for me. He was very patient an understanding of my problem. Are great business to support thank you
My MacBook Pro got liquid damage unfortunately. I booked appointment with Simply Computing the other morning. The staff here are very nice and figured out a way to give my laptop the highest priority. Michael did a great job on my MacBook, he cleaned up the liquid in a timely fashion, remount the SSD drive, make it working again, even without touching the data on the SSD. When I saw it can smoothly reboot and run, I cannot believe it. This is the best result I can imagine! Thanks for Michael’s incredible knowledge and skills.
