I booked a makeup service with Karley. She was so friendly and professional. My makeup looked beautiful and perfect, exactly what I asked for. Karley was very talented and was a great representative of Sephora, giving me lots of guidance and explaining each product used. She was meticulous in sanitizing each product before putting it on my skin. I will book with Karley for every special event now.
This is a really late review, as I made a trip out of town, same day I visited the store and didn’t get a chance to complete this review until now. I had to do it this minute, so it doesn’t escape my mind again.
I would like to shoutout to Danielle for going above and beyond to assist me during my visit to the Aberdeen Mall, Kamloops store on July 18th. Danielle helped me pick out a concealer within my budget that ended up being perfect for me.

Typically I hate coming in here, rather buy online. HOWEVER, I did go in yesterday, and told Elle, or Ella (girl I am so sorry I don't remember) I needed help with foundation, she was amazing! She was super easy to talk to, she listened, put whatever social anxiety I had to rest and she upsold me. THAT GIRL NEEDS A RAISE, promotion and recognition. Thank you E!
