I have to say we were very happy with our PTP home inspection. Cliff is a true professional who spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting our new home. Afterwards, he took the time to explain the inspection process and results, along with a few issues that needed to be addressed. We were really impressed by the infrared scan. This is our 3rd time using Cliff ! He’s very thorough goes over everything with us each time make sure we understand everything about the home. In my opinion he goes above and beyond every single time! Once he is finished, he provides you with the booklet with every detail needed inside pictures with labelsHighly recommend cliff!
