I have to say we were very happy with our PTP home inspection. Cliff is a true professional who spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting our new home. Afterwards, he took the time to explain the inspection process and results, along with a few issues that needed to be addressed. We were really impressed by the infrared scan. Thanks to that, we learned our service panel is safe under a full load and we have no moisture issues. Thanks to Cliff, we bought with peace of mind. Thank you.
