We cannot recommend Drago's Autopro (located at 130 Wilson St, Kamloops) highly enough! The front-end staff is incredibly efficient, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our truck in for the A/C, their mechanic diagnosed the problem in just minutes. We easily booked an appointment to get the work done for a few days later. The entire shop is spotless and the bathroom is absolutely immaculate. A fantastic experience from start to finish! Rorie & Suzanne
Rob and the Dragos team are the only people in town I trust to take my vehicle to! It’s so nice to have a place where I can feel comfortable and can trust them to not take advantage of someone who doesn’t know much about cars! Time and time again I have used their auto services and not once have they tried to overcharge or add on extra work to make more money. They are all just genuine, trustworthy people that go the extra mile to make sure their service is top of the line! Thank you Dragos team!
Detailed explanation and estimate of the inspection done on my 2014 mustang.
I feel the Diagnosis is extremely accurate as most front end parts have already been changed.
Timeline provided for repair was more than acceptable.
Parts warranty is adequate.
Cost quoted was what i expected for electronic power steering.
Car is going in next week for a 1 day repair which was to be expected with the amount of work needed
I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.
