This company is top notch , found them to be very professional and courteous on the phone , I spoke to a lovely lady named Brandy and she immediately dispatched a plumber straight away , found prices reasonable , it’s not the cheapest company but I would certainly use them as a first priority plumbing company and happy to pay for the Mr Rooter brand , I’ve used Mr rooter in three cities Vancouver kelowna and
Kamloops all 3x I was very satisfied and all 3x they came same day or next day like I asked .
This is THE BEST plumbing company in Kamloops!!!! Amazing team that works soooo well together!!! Kaylen answered all my questions, explained what needed to be done & helped with my understanding about my insurance coverage!! I called in the morning & they arrived that afternoon to start the work. They have worked in our neighbourhood for the past 2 weeks & we are all overwhelmed with this amazing company!
Had our sump pump fail on a Friday afternoon, Chris with Mr Rooter was able to get to the house first thing Saturday morning. Friendly and made quick work of the replacement pump, and made sure to let us know what he was doing along the way. Would absolutely have him come work on the plumbing in the future.
