We built a house in the last year. Unfortunately, an amateur floor layer installed the original engineered wood floor and made a terrible mess. The whole floor had to be removed. We then approached Kami. After many visits and with superb help and guidance from Al, Gord, and Gloria - they helped us narrow down a new floor product. They had Charles come to our house and install it. He was a stellar - total detail guy. After 4 days it was done and our main floor looked spectacular. We also bought carpet from Kami. I cannot thank Kami enough for saving our house. The staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and was more than willing to help us get through this. Thanks again !!
