Not only were you able to book me in quickly but arrived on time, did a great job, showed me some things during the service, fixed some issues the last company neglected to fix and got my system up and running perfectly! Had a cold climate heat pump installed the end of November after many months of getting quotes and information on rebate programs. Dustin was very helpful in giving me the information about heating and cooling options for me to make a decision about what would be the best system for my home. He has a solid background in heat pump installation which was helpful. The install went well except for a delay with the delivery of the heat pump although I was kept informed of this and it was rescheduled within a reasonable time.
