We had one of the most memorable and amazing customer service experiences at Kal Tire Notre Dame in Kamloops. We were traveling from Calgary to BC when we suddenly ran into a tire emergency on the road. Needless to say, we were stressed and worried about what to do next.

Niraj and Divaji (sp?) were absolutely amazing! I was out of town to watch my daughter swim in the provincials when I sliced the sidewall of my tire in a parking lot. I called Subaru warranty service and they were useless. I then tried calling Kal Tire, but their phone system is dysfunctional and after 25 minutes of hold music I walked to the closest Kal Tire to see if they could help me replace an unusual size of tire.
