I was driving from Vancouver to Calgary a couple of weeks ago when my air conditioning broke down in Kamloops. It was 41C. All the repair shops said they were booking days or in some cases weeks ahead and unable to help. After each call I asked for someone else to try. Finally I was told to try Jay's Service. Called Jay who said he would take a look... he couldn't promise anything but at least we might know what we were dealing with. I had a choice to either abandon my visit to Calgary and stay in Kamloops until the AC was fixed or rent a car and continue on. I chose to rent a car for the rest of the drive and leave my car with Jay for the week and trust he would treat me fairly. Jay kept me up to date and explained each step and asked for approval before going ahead. At the end of the week the AC was fixed, at a very reasonable price, and I came back through Kamloops, picked up my car and drove home. All was good and is still good. My puppy and I thank you Jay!
