Fraserway RV took excellent care of me throughout the purchasing process and through to me eventually selling it back to them at a reasonable market price. As many brand new items do, I had a couple minor kinks where Wade made sure to get them dealt with as quick as possible. Cheryl took amazing care of me throughout and I would trust Fraserway RV in Kamloops with any future travel trailer I might purchase.
Super accommodating to getting our services completed. The staff communicated with us throughout getting all the warranty work submitted and the work that needed to be completed that was no longer covered by our warranty which is refreshing! Once all the work details were figured out, we were able to bring our trailer to them and store it on site while the various parts that were needed came in (not having to pick it up and take it off their lot each time a single service was done) as their lot is large enough to accommodate storage. We are so happy and impressed with the level of service and knowledge we experienced getting our trailer fixed!
A thoroughly pleasant, pressure free and informative RV buying experience. I'm thrilled with my Adventurer 19RD Class C tiny home on wheels and I already spent a weekend away, unbothered by the wind and rain.
