I had a great experience with Fox here in Kamloops. They installed a furnace for me and had the generosity to give me a discount. The staff were respectful and installed the furnace quickly. 10/10!
I was very happy with Parmjit's work ethic, his knowledge, and performance, but the issue was not resolved. We don't know what is causing the water drip. He did install a water pressure valve and explained why. I'm grateful that he caught the fact that I didn't have a pressure valve in place. I would like to know though what is causing the water to gather in that area. I checked further and the wood is wet and the issue needs to be looked into further. We agreed that I would monitor it over the weekend to see if anything changes.
?Dennis and his team were amazing! Very professional,knowledgable and got this large project done in a very timely manner. Took all the time to explain how everything works and was there till all questions were answered. What was also awesome was the cleanliness every day when they left. Also, Lance who set the project up was a real joy to work with and showed me all my options. Certainly, was not pushy doing a hard sell. Would highly recommend this amazing company! I must say Ted the owner should be very proud of his family company!
