Dr. Ross promptly prevented my retinal tear from worsening. He is extremely busy, yet made the time to laser my retina before it got worse. I found him and his staff to be friendly and efficient. Our region is extremely fortunate to have someone so skilled and vital to our healthcare available to us. I have had both eyes with cataracts. Dr Ross did both and I can see without glasses ! I missed a call from him and he called the next day to apologize! He allayed my fears for my eyes. The office is busy, but they got me through quickly, I did not have to wait long. I thought the staff were friendly and efficient, but yes busy place. That's because Dr Ross is VERY good at what he does. Thank you Dr Ross!
