We first hired DeckStar Exterior Solutions back in 2022 when we were building our custom home. We needed a massive back deck with a glass railing system, railings along the side of the house, and vinyl decking. Jack absolutely nailed it. The craftsmanship was top-notch, everything looked amazing, and the pricing was very fair for the quality we received.
What really stood out was how easy he was to work with. Communication was always clear and timely, he showed up when he said he would, and the project stayed on schedule. The job site was always kept clean and organized, which we really appreciated during a busy build.

Quick response to our request for an estimate on a hand railing for our front steps. A date & time was set & they communicated with us to let us know they were on their way. Friendly, professional service & Alex called very quickly with our quote. The job was scheduled for the following morning & once again Alex called to let us know that the installers were on the way. Very happy with the completed job. Really appreciated the timely communication with us at each stage. Alex was professional & easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company
