Service department has been amazing at helping resolve my issues that arose with my truck, super friendly, very timely getting finished and updated me the entire time my truck was there. I will not go to any other dealerships!
I always leave knowing that my car was serviced properly and at no time do the staff try and upsell you. Professional and courteous. The staff truly seem to value our choice of their dealership. Gail is awesome at communicating what is happening during the visit.
Welll my tire sensor monitor would not go off for months,,, 3 times I took it to a random tire store and they had no idea why or how to fix it ,,, I finally decided to take it to Dearborn ford and their mechanic fixed it in about 30 seconds….
