My best friend had a dishwasher that leaked causing damage in the kitchen and part of the living room. I told her to call Concord First General, as I have heard they do this type of work. We were impressed how promptly their team arrived. They assessed the situation and took swift action to deal with the mess. They kept her informed on the process and answered all of our questions. Absolutely saved us in an emergency, our office flooded at 7pm on Friday & they arrived in 60min to pump the 6" of water out of our 1200sq/ft place.Can't say enough thanks !
We have an Oriental carpet that is quite special to us. For many years it has sat under our dining table. It has seen many family dinners and large dinner parties. There has been wine spilled (red, of course) and grandkids that have dropped entire dinners on it. Justin felt it was a cleaning job they could tackle. And tackle they did! Three cleanings later he was finally satisfied with the result. We are delighted and grateful to Justin, Christina and their staff. It feels like they have delivered a new carpet to us. And all with a smile and courteous manner. I would highly recommend Concord.
