The staff at this store are beyond helpful. Faizal and another women, whose name I neglected to get, are both stellar and did their best to help with an online purchase problem that no one could figure out. The? Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 stars is that Best Buy online is horrible. They post things that they say are in stock that aren't in stock.They have things you can buy online that you can't buy online.And it just causes problems that the poor in store staff are left to try to figure out

I went to Best Buy, and the customer service was extremely rude. I was speaking with someone named Kapish who was helping me, and in the middle of our conversation, one of his colleagues — I don’t know their name — told him not to talk to me. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

I read a few not so complimentary reviews on this site. I have never had a bad or awkward experience at Best Buy in Kamloops. In fact I rate them 5 Stars Plus. That has been my experience the last 4 times I have visited there. There was always a staff member to make sure I was being taken care of and when I did need help the personnel that assisted me went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was getting and made sure I received the best price available at that time. And 1 week later when their prices dropped on the items I had purchased they refunded the difference to me, without batting an eye.
