Doug was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend working with this shop. I travel to Kamloops frequently for schooling from out of town and my Subaru decided to flash all the transmission lights on the dash as I was heading home. The team provided me a safe and warm space to lay low while I waited for a ride to come from out of town. Although the team was unable to fit my vehicle in, they took it upon themselves to connect with another shop for me. Advance Auto is a great shop. Knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and fair. What more could you want in a repair shop? We're not from Kamloops, but they helped us out of a difficult situation when we had a serious problem with our Subaru. I highly recommend Doug and his staff for diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. They did a great job for us.
Traveling this summer in my van around BC from Saskatchewan . Unfortunately, I had problems with my van to continue my travels . Advance Auto Service got me in guickly ,fixed the problem and had me on the road again ,to continue my summer holiday traveling .
