David did a good job until he was paid. We made the mistake of paying when things were almost done. Then, he disappeared and didn't return his calls. He left a number of items unfinished and the poor quality of his work became apparent after a number of installation failures, including incorrect wiring, a stand up shower installed backwards, dryer installed without the exhaust vent hooked up, paint all over the brand new flooring and painters tape residue on most windows, to name just a few of his mistakes. Fortunately, he is now delivering pizzas as his poor workmanship probably caught up with him. It's nice to see some karma!

Roof installation....supplied and installed a 2ply sbs roofing system for David . He hired my company directly. I have not been paid....absolulty no issue with quality of products used or installation. He simply is not returning my calls or emails. Ive even reached out to his wife.....to anyone thinking about hiring this business.....be aware....he may not pay his direct crew or subs.....you may end up with a lean on your property....just cause you trusted David Ridge

Very disappointed with the lack of follow up from this contractor. Experienced many issues with the renovation and calls to the contractor were never returned. Would not recommend.Services: Painting
