We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Tourism Golden for recommending the Golden Municipal Campground for our recent stay. It turned out to be the perfect base for our family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible mountain biking trails along the river - the scenery was stunning and the access from the campground made it so easy to get out and ride every day. Being so close to town was also a huge plus; it made quick grocery runs simple and convenient, which is always a bonus when traveling with kids.
