Excellent service and nice knowledge people. I’ve bought oat of our home renovation supplies here.

Also, I had one piece of ducting which we didn’t use and it was sitting in our garage for 6 months. I brought it back without a receipt just to give it to GBS to resell, but they were nice enough to still give me a refund, even though I didn’t ask for one.

Appreciate a business that treats its customers like people!

Anyone that needs to read a review of GBS hasn't lived on the coast very long.? This is one of the long lived companies on the coast. They have a huge inventory from hardware to lumber and two stores to serve you (Gibsons and Sechelt) local family owned, well regarded employees who I understand are looked after properly. And they have in house experts on several trades and products

Great hardware store, been doing business there for years, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday was a different experience tho as I was the recipient of a random act of kindness from the owner as she saw me admiring a very expensive tool box and decided she was going to give it to me as a Christmas gift. I have never had anything like this happen to me, wow luck me and such a nice thing to do! God bless.
