During the cold snap my furnace stopped working. I called several places and Pro North were the first to respond.The technical, Justin was great, very efficient and patient with all my questions. Got my furnace working and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them for any future issues.

We had an emergency with the furnace motor seizing overnight at -23 degrees outside. I phoned Pro North and they had a tech at my house in under an hour. He was very courteous and tried to get the job done as fast as possible. He tried fixing the part first before just going and getting replacement part. He definitely did his best. I am now using pro North for all work related needs as well. Great service, from the administrative to the field!
