This has got to be the slowest Kal Tire here. There’s a girl here with a language barrier, glad she’s working don’t get me wrong. But she’s been here awhile and still doesn’t understand her job. They don’t turn their phones on in the morning, dispatch had to send me an email further to call me. Understandable they’re busy, but they’re unorganized. I’m only here because of my work vehicle.

Dustin specifically went above and beyond to find me the tires I wanted and have them shipped to the store as fast as possible. At first he couldn’t get any in for at least a week and I was okay waiting because I knew I had put it off for too long that was on me - but he made a bunch of calls and got them in for me like 48 hours later and installed the next morning. Outstanding customer service.
