I always love when I get a service that exceeds my expectations, and by a healthy margin. I brought Esteem my dog's sleeping bag that was in real bad condition. After our last backpacking trip I left her sleeping bag in the storage shed at the farm and the neighbors cat herd got at it, thoroughly. It stunk to high heaven of cat urine and was ran through with muddy and greasy footprints. I did not have much hope for it but my fur baby loves her sleeping bag so I had to try. Folks, there are such things as miracles. I do not know what it took Esteem to get this thing looking as close to brand new as it does or how they got the smell out entirely, but I sure do appreciate... read full review
