This studio is spectacular! And then you meet the lovely yoga instructors ever more spectacular!! The first time I attended I knew I was coming back and now it’s one of my favourite places to be! My favourite studio place! The staff is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's a variety of classes offering variety of yoga styles and pace. Candace creates a welcoming and engaging space for all level practitioners. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful community welcoming all levels of yoga. Instructors are always encouraging growth and presenting new challenges. Very innovative ideas and events, including becoming a lulemon distributor!!! And selling other specialty items! Loved having an unlimited pass here! Have been attending classes as an experienced yogi while pregnant with excellent guidance. Returned after years out of the community and the yoga/experience still top notch!
