My favourite studio place! The staff is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's a variety of classes offering variety of yoga styles and pace. Candace creates a welcoming and engaging space for all level practitioners. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful community welcoming all levels of yoga. Instructors are always encouraging growth and presenting new challenges. Very innovative ideas and events, including becoming a lulemon distributor!!! And selling other specialty items! Loved having an unlimited pass here! Have been attending classes as an experienced yogi while pregnant with excellent guidance. Returned after years out of the community and the yoga/experience still top notch!
