I saw Heather years ago to address low back pain so I could get back to doing activities I love. For the first time in a long history of low back pain, Heather managed to get me back on track and I’ve had very few back issues for the last 7 years thanks to her! Wish I could have taken her with me when we moved!!

Heather is professional, honest, considerate and knowledgeable in her field of expertise. Her service is definitely the best I have received as an athlete, she’s methodical and strategic when she is assessing patients, and I enjoy how she shares her knowledge and information with her patients to allow us to understand the full picture when it comes to injury recovery and prevention. Her experience as a sports medic, trainer and therapist is phenomenal, especially when she is on the side line at a rugby match. She is but one lady who takes care of about 20-30 athletes at any one time. We need to clone her, we need more therapists like Heather in our community.

I'm a fellow health care professional and met Heather in a professional development clinic (for acute knee injury assessment/ diagnosis/ management). After I hurt my knee this winter I called Heather and she managed to squeeze me in for an assessment and bracing right before she went on holidays (thank you Heather!). In the lengthy process to diagnose my knee injury, I saw multiple professionals (including Docs, Physios, Sports Physicians). Of all the people who touched my knee, I can confidently say that Heather performed the best Lachman's test (a technically tricky test for ACL rupture)! I stand by it! Heather's assessment was spot on!
