Booking process is a little confusing, and no directions were provided to find the place to start for the 1 hr ride, but we got there ok. Equestrian helmets required and provided (this isn't mentioned on the site). It started raining just before we were due to leave and other people pulled out so my teen and I got a private tour! Guide was friendly and shared stories about the horses, but I would have liked a little more info about the area, including having the hot springs pointed out and some info about the things we saw at the viewpoint. Absolutely gorgeous area, the horses were lovely and overall the ride was good.

My 9 year old daughter and I did the skyline trip this week. Our guides, Shelbey and Mandy were incredible! My daughter got a little nervous at first and Mandy hopped off, reassured her, walked with her and went so far above and beyond to make sure she was good. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the horses were so kind, mine was Pal and he had the most gentle eyes. We weaved through forests, meadows and across streams. We filled our water bottles up from the glacier water. Stopped for lunch by a waterfall. They said the view for lunch is not the best but I have to disagree. We took the 1hr tour from the Fairmont location, the staff are super friendly and made it a nice introduction to trail riding. A nice little excursion for families, we took 2 children 9&11 and it was no problem at all. Thanks!!
