I've dealt with Bristol for both the install and now maintenance of my heat pump and maintenance of my natural gas furnace. Both times he's been respectful, informative and professional.

Excellent and very professional. Peter carried out annual preventative maintenance on our residential heat pump. He obviously knows his stuff and started by asking how we have been using the system. After completion of the maintenance work he gave us clear and practical advice on how and why we could/should improve our operating practices.
