By far the best realtor I've ever worked with. Strategy for the sale of my home was spot on, and sold quickly at the price we wanted. Provided great recommendations to get in show shape. He even pulled out a ladder and cleaned our eaves and painted our fascia. You would never get that kind of commitment from another agent, at least I haven't.
Warren Chase is a dedicated, very knowledgeable, friendly and personable Realtor. He was able to recommend valuable tips and also referrals to other experts when needed. He was available to us but also gave us space when we needed to focus on other things. Even while on vacation, Warren was available to us and made arrangements for us to see homes. Wow really Wow! Warren Chase Is the real deal. We called him when it was time to sell moms home in Duncan. He was professional yet warm, gave great accurate advice and was humble. We ended up getting it sold very quick just before some changes in the market that Warren told us were going to happen, so glad we listened. In the end we even got more than we thought we would get. Oh and he was patient when my sister and 96 year old mum where having difficulty understanding the way the counter offers go and with multiply offers.
