I have been in twice in the past 2 months- once for help with coordinating my phone with my grandson’s and the second time to have some PSF files compressed that I could not figure out. Both times they were so knowledgeable and did what was required so cheerfully. And then wouldn’t charge me anything both times! Amazing service- thank you!!

I highly recommend this place as a certified Apple repair place. Jackson was helpful and friendly at the till, both he and the other employee were knowledgeable and the service was quick and efficient and treated my phone with care.
It was easy to book on the Apple Support App, as I needed to replace the camera on my phone.

Huge shout out to Sarah Nixon for awesome customer service today. I brought in my 93 year old mum with her iPad she was having trouble with. Sarah diagnosed and fixed the issue right away, plus she was knowledgable and efficient while being friendly and patient and personable. Sarah - thank you!!
