The BEST thing I have ever done for my life was becoming a client of Time to Heal. I had tried everything to try and get "unstuck" in my life and struggled in many areas of my personal and professional life. Time to Heal gave me the tools to overcome struggles and flourish in life. I am grateful to Andrew and Erin for everything they have taught me, enabled me to become and their infinite patience.

I recently completed the 'Recreating Life Patterns' workshop through Time To Heal.It was a game changer for me in so many ways the biggest being how I see myself, what I deserve and how much I am worth.When I think about myself now I see myself as worthy and deserving of love, safety & protection.I see myself as a little girl who deserves to be kind to herself. Gentle with herself. Compassionate, understanding and forgiving of herself. I deserved it then, I deserve it now as an adult.That is the breakthrough of a lifetime for me.
