We had the most incredible experience with Comfort Group Heating yesterday. The service, handled by Kyle V was absolutely fantastic—every part of the service was done very well. The serviceman, Kyle, during the inspection and servicing, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We look forward to the next servicing by Comfort Group Heating in the Spring. Definitely recommend Comfort Group Heating for any future servicing for their products.

The furnace in our home had died just before we moved in during the cold spell in February. Called many places and finally got estimate and booked for the next day with 360. 4 trucks showed up and a new furnace and heat pump were installed that day. We were finally warm. Thank you so much.

We had a problem with our electrical panel. Called 360 Comfort and they sent someone out the next day. We were happy to see Errol show up, he is always pleasant, kind and efficient. It was a bit of a mystery as to why the breaker kept tripping, but Errol was able to find and fix the problem. Thank you.
