I own a Pacific Energy Summit woodstove. Not impressed with the quality or design. I've had it for two years. The fan knob broke off in the first few days of use. The valance vibrates loudly if the fan is turned up. I have to put balls of aluminum foil between the valance and the brickwork. These periodically have to be moved to control the rattle. Aside from the rattle, the fan is loud and seems underpowered as the hot air seems to come only out the left side. The door gasket has come loose. I won't buy another one when this unit packs it in which I'm sure won't be very long.

Well my hard earned dollars are well spent on my Alderlea T5. Local perfection! I have used and shared many a wood burner in my life, but it is clear that there is only one stove manufacturer in the PNW!..Breaking in my stove with the smaller "burn in" fires clearly indicates future winter mastery! 100%, only stove manufacturer to go to,, big-up local CANADA manufacturing! Thanks and here's to many warm winters!

We bought the Pacific Energy Summit Ii, their largest fireplace insert wood stove in 2015 from Wallace Stoves in Tacoma. It's a beast. We love it. It successfully heats a 3,000 SF Rancher almost 100 feet long. It will hold a fire all night. It has twin adjustable blowers we run 24/7 for the duration of winter. It's beautiful, it's tough, has a massive wood box, it does its job! Exceeds our expectations five years on! Thanks Pacific Energy. Jerry and Vicky Lewis
