I have been getting my lashes done by Katie for a couple of years now and she's amazing!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They look perfect every single time I go ♥️. She's a fabulous human and offers a beautiful place to come relax for an hour or two (or however long your treatment/appointment is). 14/10 would recommend! My Mom even has come over from the mainland to get them done by Katie and often complains that no one is as good as her over in Vancouver! I have had my lashes done by her staff as well and they do an amazing job too!

Had a lovely experience the evening before my wedding. Luxe Inc closed the store down for my ladies and I, so we could hv a more intimate experience.Each of us had a treatment. Katie was accommodating w each of the treatments as not all the ladies wanted the same thing.She provided a warm and welcoming space and even had snacks and beverages for usWas a great experience

Luxe is an amazing gem for Vancouver Island and Katie is a master of her craft in skin care & treatments. I have had facials, micro needling and am gradually changing my skin care routine based on Katie’s recommendations. Her attention to detail, knowledge & skill is the best I have experienced. I have had facial and skin treatments in upscale medical spas across Canada and overseas and the impact Katie’s treatments have had have on my skin far surpasses anything I have ever experienced.
