“I had a great experience the other day with the owner. I wanted a key cut for a filing cabinet. We tried over the phone(gave him number on front of lock) and when this didnt work he told me what to do - remove lock, and bring it in - no guarantees he could cut a key, but he did, and within 24 hours. Very nice, knowledgable man to deal with ?“
