I had a great experience the other day with the owner. I wanted a key cut for a filing cabinet. We tried over the phone(gave him number on front of lock) and when this didnt work he told me what to do - remove lock, and bring it in - no guarantees he could cut a key, but he did, and within 24 hours. Very nice, knowledgable man to deal with 😊

I locked my keys in my trunk and called to see if they could help. Although they couldn’t actually unlock my car, they suggested contacting the dealership of the make of my car and see if they could cut a spare…. And it worked!! So grateful for the suggestion

Great price and friendly/knowledgeable service = excellent value. Got 2 “Amazon” (Defiant) electric combination deadbolts re-keyed to match a 3rd and 2 extra keys. He was done quicker than I hoped with no issues. Do not hesitate to support this local business.
