I called to have them come out to remove what I thought was hornets. James arrived and told us they were honey bees. He then told us who to contact to have them removed. Hats off to James and Bug Busters. We will definitely use and refer James and Bug Busters in the future.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
I called Bug Busters in the morning. James came in the early afternoon to get rid of a wasp nest in my crawl space. He was on time and took care of the nest. He explain in good detail what products he used (as we have pets) and guaranteed his work for 3 months. He also said if the problem hadn't cleared up in 24 hours to call him and he would come out asap. I didn't need him to come back. Very happy with Bug Busters and would use them again!
James arrived on time and dealt with removing our massive hornet's nest very methodically and professionally. He answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge. I would refer Bug Busters to other home owners in the Cowichan Valley
