Mike repaired our carpet damaged by our new puppy. The repair is flawless and has saved us thousands of dollars. He expertly re-wove a strand of wool from a remnant that we had left over. Mike was prompt, efficient and very personable. We highly recommend his service.

Mike was friendly and professional through all interactions we had with him. The work he and Justin performed was excellent and was completed rapidly. Although he arrived late, he called ahead to let us know that he was running late with a new time estimate.
