We were all set to go ahead with the synthetic lawn installation and had paid the 50% down payment. Unfortunately we incurred a large veterinarian bill for our dog and could no longer afford to go ahead with the lawn installation. I called Matt and he offered to refund our deposit. He was very sympathetic to our situation and we really appreciated his kindness. When we are ready we will call Matt again.
