Great experience with Neighbourhood Heating and Cooling. Brian, Mike and their team were fantastic, and Tiffany got us in last minute when our boiler stopped working.
They installed our heat pump and air handler, took the time to sort out a tricky attic setup, and even rebuilt our boiler so we didn’t need to replace it.

We feel fortunate to have contacted Neighbourhood when our heating/hot water system developed problems. Tiffany arranged for a prompt assessment. Mike diagnosed the problem(s) after a thorough investigation and clearly explained our options and the cost implications of each. Brian and Dave not only completed a meticulous installation of our new combo-boiler system but also went the extra mile to move the new unit to a location which opened up a considerable amount of space in our utility room. Altogether a team of true professionals. We highly recommend the Neighbourhood team to anyone needing help with their home heating system.

Highly recommend. Tiffany was super helpful in sorting out what was wrong (and not wrong) with my furnace, and sent Mike Ashton within a couple of hours without upselling or upcharging. When Mike got here, he was quick to diagnose the issue, fixed it, and even installed an unplanned new thermostat all in one go. Super nice and professional.
