I highly recommend Proactive Physiotherapy. After I broke my leg in April 2025, I went through physiotherapy here and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve known the team for over 4 years, and my whole family trusts them for treatment and care.

I’ve been seeing Lam for various injuries and treatments for both myself and my family, and I can honestly say the care has always been exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on. Thanks to his treatment, we’ve always fully recovered and felt supported throughout the process.
The clinic staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. The registered massage therapy services are excellent as well and work so well alongside the physio treatments.

I’ve seen Evan twice now—first for a hip impingement and then for a pinch in my neck—and both times I walked out feeling 100%
I have not often seen the same RMT twice because it’s hard to find someone who hits that sweet spot of being relaxing but also highly effective. Evan does the hard work. He offers active release and there are definitely moments where I have to breathe through the treatment, but it works!
As a woman, I’m often hesitant to book with a male RMT, but Evan’s professional and down-to-earth energy made it a total non-issue. He’s just a super nice guy who knows how to make the environment feel very professional.
