Took my car in the engine over heated and needed a bunch of work. They sent an email with extremely detailed results including pictures! It had videos of the ball joints that needed replacing so i could see how bad it was. I was impressed just with the amount of work they do in diagnosis!They did an amazing job it took a bit to fix but the amount of work i needed was extensive. The shop previous overlooked so many things and fountain tire did such an impressive job.I cant imagine going to another mechanic other then here! The staff is amazing and nice, especially Darren, very honest staff, i went to a few different tire places and dealership to get a tire replaced/fixed and the staff were super quick, they helped me right away and didn’t upcharge me on a lot of stuff i was told i needed. 1000% recommend coming to this location

Parma talked to me on the phone and scheduled me for the next morning. They were quite busy but seemed to help everyone quite quickly. I had four new tires installed and I was only there about two hours. Parma gave excellent Customer Service. I will be back!
