My intial consultation was to learn about their Fraxel Laser treatments since I have discolorations, redness & bumps all over my face plus a big dark spot close to my eye that I wish be gone.
It was the girl (who is not with Delta Laser anymore) asked me what do I like to happen for my face. She told me that what I have is called Melasma. Right in the office, I can see a digital camera is set-up & saw her browsing photos of clients to show me before & after photos. Having some background in photo editing software, I believe they are real clients and not re-touched samples.
This is my first visit. The clinic is nice and clean. Tanya made me feel comfortable and answered all my concerns. She was honest and provided me my treatment options and followed up with an email with all the details to ensure I have all the information.
Christy was also able to fit me in without appointment in her busy schedule to also answer my questions about cool sculpting.

I had an appointment with Tania. She gave me some good skin care advices and products. I' ve only used them for few days, but so far I think they are good. Tania and front desk staff were nice, the facility is clean . I wasn't charged with consultation fees as other skin care clinics do.
