Came in for an emergency surgery over the new year that went late into the night, and when it went over our set budget they gave us a discount, then they called back two weeks later to see how she was doing.
Our family is so grateful to the team at this amazing clinic, especially Dr. Corbett and her 4th year student, Dr. James for the incredible care they gave my dog during a recent emergency. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, compassionate, and calm, which made such a difference during a very stressful time. They were thorough in their assessment, clearly explained everything to me, and made sure my dog was as comfortable and safe as possible.
What really stood out was the follow-up call a few days later to check in and see how he was doing. That level of care and thoughtfulness truly meant the world to us. Thank you for everything!
Great clinic. The staff was friendly and understanding. Took my 16 year old king Charles Cavalier spaniel in for a nail clipping and she had diarrhea. They clipped her nails and recommended a charcoal paste. My lil dog is already doing much better and doesn't skate around the house anymore.
