As usual very professional,knowledgeable and efficient worker who knows his profession very well. I have used DCM 3 or 4 times and have always been satisfied, definitely would recommend their services.
I am so thankful for this incredible team, when my furnace died during a cold snap they where the only ones to actually answer their phones. They kept me in the loop the entire time and got me back up and running incredibly quickly. I will forever sing their praises! Scott and Kevin went above and beyond from the first call to the end product!
Absolutely stellar customer service. Lynn was able to have our furnace looked at within the hour of going over our issues. Paige was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and a rock star in her trade! Although it's a very busy day, Paige took the extra time to show me what they did, explained thoroughly, gave tips for problem solving certain issues and how to do. I totally recommend DC Mechanical! If I could give more than 5-stars, I would.
