They did a PHENOMENAL job on my Kia and they went above and beyond to accommodate me with a courtesy vehicle so I could get other stuff done, while they worked on my car!!! There were only a couple of things that were frustrating and they were: 1) they couldn't get my car in for a month and, 2) I was told it would only take a couple hours for the one repair, but my vehicle was actually there from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.!!! However, they will did a great job and I would still recommend them, especially when compared to other shops in the area!!!
Talbert and all the staff at CSN Collison were amazing. They made sure my car was fixed properly and looked great when they were finished with it. From the front desk to all the staff working on fixing and cleaning my car went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I was looking at a 9 month wait, just to have my car damage assessed in Fort St John. These guys had me in there in about a month, and was in the shop a few months later. They were quick, did good work and had a very nice courtesy car. I hope I won’t need them again, but if I do they’re the first call I’m gonna make
