Michael Carpenter is both professional and personable, which was so helpful and important when selling a piece of family property. Michael was able to explain the process and cover all the bases we had not thought of, taking the time to find all the answers we needed. He made our experience a positive one and was patient with all the questions we had. His expertise and kind demeanor is most appreciated!
Michael carpenter was very good realtor , on time , knowledgeable about area, all things related to legalities, he seemed to know exactly what we wanted in a home (even if we didn’t ). I would recommend him to everyone !
Mr. Michael Carpenter went above and beyond with his help as our realtor, and I can honestly say we wouldn't have been able to do it all without him.
