I recently listed a property in Creston and Michael Carpenter came highly recommended. Not only did Michael live up to the recommendation, but he exceeded it, going over & above to help me out with a couple of challenges I encountered while handling the sale from a distance. I couldn't be happier with Michael's services as a Realtor, and am grateful for his kindness and additional efforts, as a person. I would happily recommend Michael's services.

Gitte was a great resource during our search for a home here. Not only did she show us an array of properties that gave us a strong sense of what was available and the value of real estate in the Creston valley, but when we decided on a property she worked hard to make the deal work. When I made the choice to sell my home in Creston B C I had no idea just what that involved. Happening to have Michael Carpenter assist me in this undertaking and carrying it through to a very satisfying finish was most wonderful. He was always available to answer any of my inquiries regarding what I could and could not do. In my opinion 5 stars are not a sufficient number to rate his service and knowledge in selling ones home. I feel like a simple Thank You to him is not much and he certainly earned his commission when working with me. Thank you Michael.
