I always feel confident that I am getting the best possible service from these folks. Everything is explained to me in detail before it happens. They even managed to squeeze me in last minute the day after I called with my problem! I am thankful we have such an amazing service team in our community. Thanks again Kokanee Ford!

Reliable and straight-up.Full disclosure, I normally avoid dealership service centres, not just because I was given the advice, but also from experience with others. I've even been swindled by Ford dealerships elsewhere.I went to this Ford dealership reluctantly with some front end noise. Made the appointment (which they reminded of the day before) and took my truck in.I was surprised that they were direct about what was wrong and gave me the options at hand. Had a scary breakdown on our 2016 B20 Superduty. Ford corrected the issue and only charged us an hour for what would have been a costly turbo fix. Rod and his team are excellent! Kokanee Ford will always be our first choice!Service: Engine repair
