My husband and I were travelling from Calgary to Balfour. We experienced issues with our car. We hobbled into Kokanee Fordand were treated like royalty. All of the staff were awesome, Wedid not know that such welcoming service was still availablein this world When we need a new car we will travel to Kokanee to purchase one .

Purchased a 2020 12 Passenger Transit. The experience was fantastic, Mike made sure we got just what we wanted, and even though we had to wait a long time (covid), Mike kept us up to date with any new information he had. We have since only had it serviced by their wonderful team, and any issues that arise, they have dropped everything to make sure I am taken care of. If only Ford themselves stood by their product like Kokanee Ford Sales does. Hats off to the team!

Shout out to the folks in parts and service at Kokanee Ford! We are from Langdon, AB and broke down in our RV on way to Crawford Bay. The service department replaced our driveshaft u-joint on short notice! Lifesavers they are, reduced my stress and got my family back on the road with minimal effect to our vacation schedule.
